Custom Branding for Volume and Polygon Reports

When volume and polygon reports leave your desk, they often become client-facing deliverables, shared with project managers, engineers, and contractors. Now, PixElement gives you control over how your reports are presented by allowing custom logo branding on exported volume and polygon reports.

This update is simple by design and practical in execution: upload your logo once, and it appears automatically on every exported report.

Why Branding on Reports Matters

Volume and polygon reports are used in many different industries with many different stakeholders. They’re embedded in emails, attached to invoices, included in bid documentation, and archived for compliance. When those reports carry your company’s branding, they do three things immediately:

  • Reinforce ownership of the work
  • Present a more professional, finished deliverable
  • Eliminate the need for post-export editing in third-party software

For teams producing reports at scale (construction firms, mining operators, surveyors, and consultants) this saves time while improving consistency.

How Custom Branding Works

PixElement allows users to upload their company logo directly within the application. Once uploaded, that logo is applied automatically to exported Volume Reports and Polygon Reports.

Export Report Menu

When exporting your report, click the checkbox “Use Custom Report Logo” and browse for your logo file (select file) and continue to export your report. Upon downloading, your logo will be visible on the title page as well as on the bottom of the following pages.

There’s no need to reapply branding for each project. The system ensures that every PDF export includes your logo in a consistent location, preserving both layout and readability. If you would like to change your logo, simply browse for a new file upon exporting.

The workflow is intentionally minimal:

  • Upload your logo once
  • Generate reports as usual
  • Export clean, branded PDFs

No templates to manage. No manual overlays. No external tools.

What Reports Are Supported?

Custom branding currently applies to:

Volume Reports – including cut, fill, and stockpile calculations

Polygon Reports – including area, perimeter, coordinate listings, and map previews

These reports remain fully data-driven and reproducible. Branding does not alter calculations or metadata, it simply improves presentation.

Built for Client-Ready Deliverables

This feature was built for users who treat reports as final products, not intermediate outputs. Whether you’re handing volumes to a construction manager, submitting documentation to a client, or maintaining internal records, branded exports help standardize how your work is represented outside the software.
